One of my favourites is the Cake Heavy Cream. Made in Canada, I use this body butter on my elbows, knees, heels, hands, I rub it into my cuticles. There really isn't anything this rich shea cream can't do. I usually use it at night so the cream has time to soak in and do it's good work. Add a pair of moisturizing gloves or slippers and you'll wake up in the morning with all of your rough spots feeling smoother. Plus, the yummy scent of a good vanilla cake goes with everything.
Anyway, this lip plumper has the active ingredient 1% Volulip for plumping, Vitamin E for its antioxidant properties, Corum (a menthol derivative) and Peppermint for the heating/cooling/tingling properties - as well as the stimulating scent and taste. If you have sensitivities to regular lip plumpers, apply lightly the first time. It came out like a lip gloss, so that was how I applied it. Not smart. It got very warm and very tingly. I did wipe some off, and that was better. I already have quite a full bottom lip, but I did notice quite a difference in my top lip. It seems to be getting thinner as I get older and Perfect Pout remedied that for me.
